Meet us at Le Clos Corbier, a charming 19th century Champagne house in the middle of the Champagne vineyards. You will be welcome by our team members, who love Champagne and meeting people.
We will share with you the history of the place which has seen generations of winegrowers succeed one another.
We will take you to discover our mini vineyard with 3 grape varieties and then show you our traditional press. We will then explore the cellar tunnels of the estate, which contain hidden treasures currently ageing. This underground journey will allow us to show you our vat room, the place where the wines are aged. We will discuss with you the secrets of the Champagne method, from the harvest to the famous dosage.
It will then be time to sit down to enjoy 3 workshops around the Champagne method, aromas and tasting. A friendly moment of sharing, which will allow you to better understand the beauty of this magical nectar, and to awaken your senses. You will taste 3 of our carefully selected family champagnes, from the 2 family brands. You will enjoy Premiers and Grands Crus, including a vintage Blanc de Blancs.
Continue this experience in style by enjoying a traditional Champagne lunch concocted by our chef based on local products and regional specialties. This meal will be accompanied by a champagne pairing, a Coteau Champenois and a Champagne ratafia.Welcome to our sparkling and authentic world.

A visit to Le Clos Corbier is an absolute must for anyone seeking to enjoy the history and workings of a small champagne house. We enjoyed a fascinating guided visit of the beautiful property and the house Cave followed by an excellent tasting of their vintages and an exquisitely prepared lunch. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

What a lovely visit. This independent had been recommended to me, so we thought we’d try a smaller champagne house, having visited a lot of the well known ones.
It did not disappoint! Paul our guide was very knowledgeable, personable and made our experience enjoyable… not to mention the champagne, the food, and setting. Thoroughly enjoyable!

The wine tasting tour was advertised as bilingual, but it was conducted predominantly in French, even though we had booked an English tour. Our guide did provide some information in English, but the majority of the explanations were given in French, which made it occasionally difficult to follow everything.
The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, which we appreciated. However, we only had three small tastings of 0.1 cl champagne each, which felt quite limited for a tasting experience.
A highlight of the tour was an interactive game where we had to place the champagne production process in the correct chronological order, identify aromas by smell, and guess which champagne we were tasting. This part was engaging and well done.
The lunch was tasty, but portions were clearly measured and the overall experience felt somewhat commercialized at times.
Despite these points, the tour was still more enjoyable and personal than the larger tours offered by big champagne houses.

The ‚small‘ production facilities were greatly compensated with a very knowledgeable and friendly hostess who made it fun understanding the wine-making process with a selection of picture cards!
The luncheon was very tasty, the group very entertaining however the wine lacked body.
All in all we spent several enjoyable hours learning about the making of champagne in a very warm and friendly atmosphere.

Nous avons visité le Clos Corbier avec nos grands enfants (25 ans). Très belle découverte. Après avoir visité les jours précédents des caves de grands noms, cette visite par une jeune guide très sympathique était complète et intéressante. Plus dans le détail et la proximité. Les échanges en petits groupes plus accessibles. Les petits jeux autour des saveurs et arômes très amusants. Le repas de produits locaux (biscuits de Reims...) accompagné de vin rouge et ratafia de la région complétait notre découverte des vins de la région champenoise. Très belle expérience. On recommande.

With my family we spent an immersive 3 hours understanding the steps from the harvest to create a bottle of champagne, tasting top tier champagne made by the house and tasting regional dishes.
The guide didn’t include a vineyard visit as the house is “négociant-manipulant”. However, all the rest of the degustation and explanation went superbly. Special thanks to Alvaro and his endless knowledge of wine, grapes and history of champagne.

My friends and I had a lovely time. We did the tour, tasting and lunch and it was excellent value for money. The food was great. There are room where you can stay at the champagne house, I would definitely come back and stay next time.

A very good experience. Our guide, Kevin, was excellent and very knowledgeable. We had already been on 2 champagne tours but this was the best. The lunch provided as part of our tour was fantastic and the champagne first class. We even got to meet the owner who was very personable. Highly recommend.

Une expérience parfaite du début à la fin, où l’on a non seulement beaucoup appris sur le champagne, mais aussi profité d’un déjeuner délicieux. We visited Le Clos Corbier and did the cellar visit, tasting and the lunch. It was such a lovely way to spend a few hours. The cellar visit was really informative - and Alvaro kept it highly entertaining - and the tasting class was good fun. The lunch itself was outstanding. All-in-all, it was incredible value for money and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Champagne.

We absolutely loved our time at Clos Corbier. The visit was very informative and our guide was great. The tasting class was a nice touch and we learnt a lot about Champagne. Finally, the lunch was so delicious! This is fantastic value for money and I strongly recommend it. We visited 3 other Champagne houses and this was our favourite. My husband who doesn't drink alcohol was also accommodated for, which we really appreciated.

Echt een super aanrader! Veel informatie en op een hele leuke enthousiaste manier verteld, erg originele proeverij en een heerlijke lunch. We hadden fietsen gehuurd in Epernay, dat was én een mooie route naar Le Clos Morbier én handig gezien alles wat er te proeven kregen. Het was het meer dan waard!

We liked a lot the cellar visit, the wine tasting and the place itself. As a vegetarian (which i communicated in advance) there was not a lot of option for lunch and i would have appreciated if the guide or waiter explained all the dishes (for some we had no idea what it was). Except for this, it was a great experience. We would do it again and suggest to our friends as well!

Nous avons passé un agréable moment avec ma famille au Clos Corbier. Notre guide Kevin a été top, tant au niveau des informations échangées que des animations. Il a su transmettre sa passion pour le Champagne, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus intéressante. Ma fille de 10 ans a aussi passé un excellent moment.

Best tasting and and cellar experience I have had not the biggest tour but definitely the most enjoyable I have had in the region ,and most informative .Second time I have been there in 15 months and took some friends with us who also thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Most informative on the tour with the questions being answered with fun and wit which made it most enjoyable.
The food was excellent and if you miss this you will be doing yourself no favours go and have a nice day don't miss it .

The cellar visit, tasting class and lunch at Clos Corbier was not only a highlight of our stay in Champagne, but of our entire trip around France. We had an excellent host and a small group of like-minded people which made the morning fun and informative, which was followed by a delicious lunch.

Wat hebben wij genoten van de uitmuntende en leerzame rondleiding door onze gids Emma. Vloeiend vertelde ze alles over champagne. Ook de proeverij was ontzettend leuk. De lunch was heerlijk. De sfeer groep was gezellig, dit kwam mede door de prachtige locatie, door het mooie weer en vooral door de buitengewoon vriendelijke bediening. Jullie verdienen een dikke 10.
Bezoek ook hun duidelijk uitgelegde website. Het reserveren van een proeverij, b&b of lunch gaat heel makkelijk. Een echte aanrader!

We visited in 2024 and liked it so much we returned with friends. It was, once again, the highlight of our second trip to Épernay. Everything about this trip is excellent. Our guide spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. We learned a huge amount in a friendly, interactive way. The "quiz" and tastings were great fun - particularly as the so called wine expert in our group came last! The site is small and intimate compared to the massive sites on the Avenue. The food and wine was excellent with very little left over. We were able to enjoy the weather and order additional bottles and extend our lunch. It is located outside Épernay but a short and inexpensive uber ride away. When we struggled to get back, the venue were able to sort taxis for us. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

We had the most incredible experience at Le Clos Corbier, Aÿ Champagne with Estelle as our guide. From the moment we met her, it was clear we were in expert hands. Estelle is not only deeply knowledgeable about the region’s history, terroir, and winemaking process, but she also shares everything with warmth, enthusiasm, and a wonderful sense of humor. Estelle’s passion for Champagne is contagious, and her ability to bring the region’s rich story to life added depth and meaning.
What truly set this place apart was how thoughtfully Estelle tailored the experience to our group, which included an 80 years old and a 16 years old non-drinkers. She made sure they felt just as included and entertained, incorporating cultural, historical, and tasting that everyone could enjoy. Her ability to adapt to each person’s interests while keeping the pace relaxed and enriching was masterful. The value of the package of tour, tasting, and lunch cannot be beat. Lots of food, cheese, and champagne! Our brains and belly both enriched with this visit!

We could not have asked for a better champagne experience. Our guide, Alvaro, was so knowledgeable, informative and passionate about champagne - we learned so much. The tour guide was entertaining and very nice to interact with. While being a young champagne making business, seeing the manual solutions for champagne production is probably more interesting than the more industrialized production at older champagne houses. I managed to buy a bottle of top-qality champagne too.
It is not cheap, but worth it!
We stayed at a hotel near Rue de Champagne - which is also a great place to visit for tasting and light food! It is easy to get to Epernay by train from Paris L'Est. Stay at least two nights, to see also La Musee de Champagne.

We liked the tour of the cellars, the explanation of the champagne making process and the lunch with matching wines. We would have liked to meet someone from the wine family and to see more than the tiny portion of vines that we witnessed. After lunch we felt abandoned and when we came in to purchase some products we did not feel we had personal or helpful service.

The Le Clos Corbier Cellar visit with tasting class and lunch was amazing. We were welcomed with a coffee in the cafe prior to starting. How thoughtful! Our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. We loved visiting the cellar. The tasting class was so much fun. The team was very engaging and we all had a great time. What a way to finish the experience but with lunch outside in the courtyard. Food was delicious. An experience I would highly recommend. NOT to be me missed!!

The entire tour was informative, interesting and fun. We loved the quiz after the tour and found that it was an experience that left us with a lot more knowledge about champagne, about the history of the region and even about basic wine growing knowledge. De gids vertelde het verhaal van het champagnehuis en de traditionele methode op een heel aangename manier. Heel knap hoe ze wisselde tussen Engels en Frans.
De workshops waren heel leerrijk en je krijgt er toch een andere kijk op de champagne door.
De lunch was overheerlijk. Samen aan tafel met mensen van over de hele wereld was ook heel verruimend.

I definitely recommend this experience if you visit the Champagne region. Our guide Amanda was friendly and knowledgeable. We learned everything about how champagne is made, from harvest to bottling before testing our senses and trying 3 different varieties. The lunch at the end was delicious!

This was a great visit. After visiting may champagne cellar tour, this tour was unique. I learned many new things and the tour was very interesting. The tasting class was fun (although I realised I have a lot to learn about recognising flavours). The lunch was afterwards was enjoyed as well.

I booked this experience as a contrast to some of the larger houses we visited as part of our trip and so pleased I did. We learnt far more from our few hours at Le Clos Corbier than we had in our previous cellar visits. The passion of the team really came through and the setting was beautiful. Loved the blind tasting and fragrance part where it really made me think about what I was drinking. And finished with the most delicious lunch in the courtyard. Would definitely return if I was to visit again.

Everything about this experience was perfect from start to finish. The welcome from Marie and the Clos Corbier team, the expert, insightful and interactive tour from Amanda, the beautiful setting, the interesting and intimate family story, the fun and actually educational tasting (being taught to separate the different smells was great), the delicious food and attentive service. As a past winemaker in the Napa Valley, I strongly recommend this tour, tasting and lunch at this emerging House. The blind olfactory training followed by blind tasting is a must do experience. The following lunch was exceptional matching champagnes with dishes and a surprise taste of the local fortified wine. Do it!

Easy to book, easy to reach (walk from public transport). Extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable staff, who are evidently passionate about their work. Our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience especially the manner in our guide explained the workings of not only their champagne house but also the champagne industry as a whole. The tastings were lovely and the lunch was very enjoyable. We had another commitment in the afternoon otherwise we could easily have settled in for the day at Le Clos Corbier as we also enjoying the company of others who were also on the experience.
Our initial booking for 4 went without a hitch and we had cause to try and increase it to 5 only a couple of days before the experience and Le Clos Corbier were very accommodating in meeting our request.
We would certainly recommend this experience to our friends and have in fact done so since our return to New Zealand.

This was our second visit to Le Clos Corbier. This time we took friends and the visit lived up to our expectations again. Charlotte, our guide, was fantastic, answered all of our questions and tutored us very well in all things champagne. We loved seeing the old press, the cellars and learning about the grape varieties. We then had a quiz followed by a tasting (top marks for 3 of us!). This was followed by a lovely typically French lunch with red wine, more champagne and a champagne liqueur. Delicious! We met some lovely people and played "fire the champagne cork into a champagne bucket" (it got slightly competitive) both before and after lunch (we were better after lunch!). If you're in any doubt about booking, don't be - just book it!

The tasting class was informative and interesting, our guide gave us some insight about creating champagne. The lunch was delicious, prepared with local ingredients. It was a pleasant experience for the whole family, even our kids enjoyed the cellar visit very much.

L'accompagnement par la même personne du début à la fin est appréciable

J'ai réservé cette expérience pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint après avoir reçu des recommandations de mes parents, qui l'ont fait l'année précédente. Nous étions ravis de notre journée avec l'équipe du Clos Corbier. Tout, de la visite guidée jusqu'au déjeuner partagé avec les autres participants du groupe de visite, était parfait. L'équipe est engagée, professionnelle et souriante. Le déjeuner était copieux, délicieux et surtout - de saison ! Les champagnes étaient magnifiques et raffinées. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le côté ludique de la dégustation. Je recommande fortement.

Really enjoyable morning & lunch out here, very well done by our guide, w a fun bit between garden & cellars (find out when you go) - a unique & a v enjoyable challenge for all! I booked this direct for group of 4 older females - we took 10 bus from Epernay to the terminus at Mareuil & walked up, then after lunch we walked past numerous top marques over to the terrific Pressoria interactive museum - another must-do, after which we again picked up bus from La Tour in Aÿ.

A warm welcome before the tour of the house, winery and cellars.
A fun and educational workshop, with a fine tasting of different champagnes.
A great lunch with both another fine champagne, a Ratafia and some really fine food to enjoy.

My family did the lunch and champagne tasting/cellar tour. It was really fun, informative and the lunch was lovely. We spent some time speaking with one of the family members who was a really caring gentleman. My teens liked it too-

I was looking for a smaller champagne producer to compare with the larger, more commercial producers and Le Clos was more than I could have hoped for. From the first moments of our arrival to departure the experience was delightful; the tour, explanations, the scent workshop and tastings were well planned and executed. Our guide, Marie was knowledgeable and engaging and very willing to answer questions.
Lunch was delicious and another opportunity to enjoy the locale and marvelous champagnes. REALLY I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience.

La visite de la cave était très instructive, et notre guide connaissait manifestement son affaire. Seule chose que je pourrais regretter, c'est qu'il y avait une personne anglophone dans notre visite, et donc la guide a dû répéter toutes les informations une fois en français et puis une fois en anglais, ce qui fait que ça a duré longtemps. J'aurais préféré une visite à part pour les anglophones.
Et j'ai aussi regretté que nous n'ayons pas visité le vignoble (même petit). Une partie en extérieur aurait été très appréciée.
Pour le reste, la visite donc était très intéressante. L'atelier dégustation à la fois ludique et très instructif. Nous avons beaucoup ri et appris en même temps: je recommande donc fortement !
Et le déjeuner était très bon, accompagné de vins et champagne.
Clairement l'activité que j'ai préférée pendant notre séjour en Champagne !

Ensuite, la dégustation est réellement ludique, c'est une vraie façon de confronter ses sens!
Le service est impeccable, l'endroit est magnifique et, cerise sur la gâteau, la nourriture délicieuse. Une sélection de produit locaux en suffisance proposée dans une pièce splendide au cœur du domaine!
