Dear Anne, unfortunately we had some technical issues on our ticketing service, you should not have been able to book a Segway rental on Monday 18th of April as it a holiday here in France and the tourist office was closed as indicated on our website. We apologize for this mistake and we are sorry that you found a closed door. Please note that we just made the refund on your credit card. We understand that you are disappointed however, it would have been great if you had contacted us before leaving us this bad review which is not fair to the quality of our activity. We wish you the best and we hope to see you again in Châlons-en-Champagne.
Les Segways sont bien entretenus et facile d’utilisation…il faut juste trouver le bon équilibre ;)
C’est une façon très ludique de découvrir la ville…à un tarif intéressant. La caution (marquage sur une carte de crédit) aussi sans problème. Nous recommandons juste de faire attention à la largeur des engins sur les trottoirs plus étroits. En tous les cas à recommander et à faire!
Wir haben ganz einfach online reserviert und am nächsten Tag war der Empfang mit einem kompetenten und sehr freundlichen Personal problemlos erledigt.
Segways sind gut gewartet und einfach zu bedienen … man muss nur die richtige Balance finden ;)
Es ist eine sehr unterhaltsame Art, die Stadt zu entdecken ... zu einem attraktiven Preis. Die Kaution (Verbuchung auf einer Kreditkarte) ebenfalls kein Problem. Wir empfehlen lediglich auf schmaleren Gehwegen auf die Breite der Maschinen zu achten. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und zu tun!
