This was a lot of fun and great value. Our tour guide Logan was very informative and fun. This felt such a personal and unique experience that it was a holiday highlight for us. Logan was helpful with communication before the event and patient with me as it was my first time on an e-bike. We highly recommend this tour and will be telling all our friends about it.

Merci pour cette belle ballade dans laquelle nous avons appris beaucoup de choses.
Le tout petit point à ajuster : mes freins étaient très durs (je devais très fortement appuyer sur les freins pour que le vélo freine).
Aller déguster un champagne a été aussi très plaisant.

Le parcours en vélo a été très agreable et nous avons beaucoup appris sur les raisins utilisés pour fabriquer le champagne et sur l'histoire de certaines des grandes maisons. À mon avis, l'itinéraire pourrait être un peu plus long pour visiter plus de charmants petits villages et peut-être visiter plusieurs caves en cours de route.
Je recommanderai ce tour aux personnes qui aiment faire le vélo et visiter la campagne. Aussi, c'est facile d'arriver en train depuis Reims

It was super easy to book online.
Jean-Charles was our guide and he sent us details before by email. There was free parking at the train station in a small town and we walked 5 minutes to the meeting location at a local champagne house.
Bikes were in nice. So glad they were ebikes. The vineyards are hilly! We were provided with everything we needed: helmets & a bottle of water. Jean-Charles quickly showed us how to use the features on the bikes and then we were off!
Our guide was super knowledgeable and speaks great English. He would stop every 5-10 minutes at a beautiful spot and tell us something else about they grapes, the vineyards, the champagne industry, the region, the town, history, etc. He was happy to answer our questions and we learned a lot! We actually ended up being the only people so we got a private tour!
After the leisurely bike ride of 15(?) kilometers we returned to the starting point and joined a tour of the champagne cellar in Rilly la Montagne. We enjoyed touring the family operation. The champagne cellar was 25 meters down a circular staircase! It wasn't always easy to understand the owner as his English wasn't as good as our ebike guide, but he was nice and if you asked questions when you didn't understand he would clarify. Included with our package were 2 glasses of champagne to taste. It was really good! There were between 10 and 15 people in the champagne tour group and we chatted with some of them during the tasting.
We really had a GREAT experience and were have already recommended it to several of our friends.

Je recommande chaleureusement notre guide Logan et l'e-bike tour. Explications top, le tour est superbe entre petites routes et chemins, il y en a pour tous les gouts. A la fin une dégustation des plus agréable avec une personne passionnée. Merci pour cette belle organisation.

Jean-Charles est très efficace et professionnel tant dans sa communication avec le client avant la réservation qu'après. L'accueil de notre groupe de 21 personnes a été très chaleureux. Notre balade à vélo électrique était magnifique! Et, cerise sur le gâteau, le soleil était au rendez-vous! Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix et vous recommandons de réserver votre balade avec lui.

We thougt the tour was too short for the amount we paid for. After 1 hour ans 15 minutes we were back and tour was over.
I think for this amount the tour should take at least 2 hours.

It was an enjoyable ride. Our young guide did his best with his school English, but at times difficult to understand.
We had booked a two-hour ride, and were heading for the windmill, which an hour and 15 minutes into the ride, the guide said it was still 20 minutes away. It would have turned two scorching hours into three, and I insisted that we return.
I would recommend this as a “lunch and cellar stop tour” for a 3 to 4 hour block. It was a travel day for us, so not leisurely.
Do I recommend, yes.

My mom and I booked the discover the Champagne vineyards by bike tour and it was one of the highlights of our stay in Reims. Jean-Charles made the tour very interesting and fun. We learned a lot about the region while enjoying the views of the vineyards. If we find ourselves back in Reims, we would definitely book another tour through him!

We had no expectations however, this ebike tour ended up being our favorite part of our trip to Europe.
The ebikes makes traveling to and from the villages easy for anyone.
Our guide, Jean-Charles, was so friendly and so knowledgeable.
The champagne house, Michel Tixier, was very interesting and their Champaign is fantastic. We really like the Blonde de Blonde.
And don’t pass up on the picnic in the vineyard.

Wij hadden met 5 vriendinnen gekozen voor de fietstocht, met rondleiding in in het champagnehuis en de picknick.
Dankzij het mooie weer, de prachtige omgeving en de deskundige uitleg van Jean-Charles was de fietstocht een leuke, mooie en leerrijke ervaring.
Na de fietstocht werden we verwacht in het wijnhuis. Ook daar kregen we wederom een heel goeie uitleg over het hele proces van pluk tot champagnefles. We werden rondgeleid door de wijnboer en werden daarna hartelijk ontvangen door zijn echtgenote voor een champagneproeverij.
Om de voormiddag af te sluiten gingen we terug met de fiets naar de wijnvelden voor een uitgebreide picknick in het zonnetje.
Dankjewel Jean-Charles om zo'n ludieke activiteiten aan te bieden.
Dankzij het mooie weer, de prachtige omgeving en de deskundige uitleg van Jean-Charles was de fietstocht een leuke, mooie en leerrijke ervaring.
Na de fietstocht werden we verwacht in het wijnhuis. Ook daar kregen we wederom een heel goeie uitleg over het hele proces van pluk tot champagnefles. We werden rondgeleid door de wijnboer en werden daarna hartelijk ontvangen door zijn echtgenote voor een champagneproeverij.
Om de voormiddag af te sluiten gingen we terug met de fiets naar de wijnvelden voor een uitgebreide picknick in het zonnetje.
Dankjewel Jean-Charles om zo'n ludieke activiteiten aan te bieden.

Notre très sympathique guide Jean Charles nous a emmenés pendant 2h30 dans les villages autour de Rilly-La-Montagne et nous a raconté avec passion des anecdotes et partagé ses connaissances concernant les vignes. A la fin, visite du domaine Tixier par sa très gentille propriétaire et petite dégustation bien sympa.
Je recommande vraiment cette activité; ça en vaut la peine. Tout était nickel. Vous recevez un message la veille pour demander vos tailles pour les vélos.

I loved the biking and the surroundings. We couldn’t stop smiling. Our guide was so friendly and pleasent to be with.
The lunch was great, but we had to wait for some time. Unfortunatly the champagne tasting was together with another group. We would have hoped to learn a little bit more while tasting.
We would recommend it to others, and I would like to get back with others.

Great experience in the Champagne region. We were with a group of 10 and surroundings are beautiful. Jean-Charles is super friendly and enthusiastic and knows all about the wine maker's process and surroundings. The e-bikes were easy to ride and good choice with the hills in this area.
After riding our bikes we went to the champagne house of Michel Tixier, got a cellar tour, info on all their champagnes and the big highlight: tasting the champagne. Great champagne for decent prices.
Thank you Jean-Charles & family Tixier. We hope to be back soon.

The tour through the vineyards of Champagne was easy and elegant. Jean Charles was a patient and educational guide who kept our needs in mind at all times. Booking was easy, travel was quaint, and Champagne is lovely (even in cloudy weather). We highly recommend this adventure to all enthusiasts of the outdoors!

Un excellent moment passé dans le vignoble Champardennais. Un accompagnateur très attentif au bien être de notre groupe, une adaptation (même en cours de circuit) en fonction du temps, de la vitesse et aisance du groupe, de la météo. Et très sympa !

A funny and simple “balade” along the champagne vineyard, JeanCharles, the guide, took us into this world explaining all the information needed, never boring. Our balade went through a wood with a particular history and particolare plants.
Along the way back we had our testing, the producer clearing us up about its different kind of champagne and we really appreciated it ????.
We don’t have found a negative aspect, we absolutely suggest this funny expiriance

We (family of four with teenagers age 15 &18) had a fantastic morning with Jean-Charles discovering the vineyards and forest of Rilly la Montagne. I highly recommend this family activity. Jean-Charles is very knowledgeable and engaged us all. So easy to organise , Jean-Charles contacted us in advance so he knew our heights for the bikes and met us at the train station which is only 10 minutes from Reims. Followed by champagne tasting at a small family run house, perfect!

Le guide Jean Charles nous a plu beaucoup! Il est vraiment très sympa et avait tellement bien compris qui etaient ses clients. Le tour etait super interessant quant à la nature, le environnement et son information sur la champagne et en plus au niveau des vélo et l’effort physique que nous avons fait. La maison de champagne et ses proprietaires aussi sympa et leur champagne super bon!!
