Anais was an informative and charming guide. We were there on a beautiful August day and the grapes were full on the vines, and the vistas of Champagne fields were gorgeous. We toured one Champagne house, seeing the process from crushing to bottling, and finished with a tasting of three of their Champagnes, with explanations of the differing flavors in each. The vintage van was a fun plus.
Our only criticism was the lack of proper communication after the online booking of our tickets a few days ahead. The confirmation email contained no return address nor phone number. The information said to meet in front of the Office of Tourism but after waiting a frantic 15 minutes and no van, we finally received a phone call saying that the van was waiting for us behind the Cathedral.

Dommage !
