The Essential tour from Reims

Board our vintage vehicle for an unforgettable two-hour experience through the Champagne vineyards. During this ride, we will unveil the fascinating history of Champagne and the secrets of vine cultivation, which change with the seasons. Enjoy a delightful moment with a Champagne tasting right in the heart of the vineyards.

  • Ride aboard a Renault Estafette Alouette through the vineyards of the Reims' Mountain.
  • Stops at the most beautiful viewpoints, giving you the opportunity to photograph stunning landscapes.
  • Tasting of a winegrower's Champagne paired with delicious pink biscuits, amongst the vines, to awaken your senses.
  • No winery visits on this tour, the tasting takes place outside in the vineyards.
  • Note: This tour does not include a visit to a winery; the tasting takes place outdoors, directly in the vineyards.

A two-hour ride through the vineyards, with an immersion in Champagne culture, a Champagne tasting, and a friendly moment in the heart of the vines.

Not included

For small group tours: introduction to the art of sabrage a bottle of Champagne (€15).

For private tours, the initiation is included in the offer.

Cancelation possible with refund up to 24h before the start of the trip. After that, no refund will be made.

 

Our tastings take place right in the heart of the vineyards, whatever the weather (rain, cold, wind). To fully enjoy the experience, we recommend dressing accordingly.

 

Departure at 10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.

Meeting point behind the Cathedral (Cours Anatole France). If we have confirmed a different pickup location with you via email or phone, please disregard this automatic pickup location. We have noted your pickup at your accommodation or another specified location on our end.

For your comfort, several parking options are available nearby: the CPA Cathédrale parking, the Buirette parking, and the Erlon parking (for a fee).
The Reims train station is a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral. The tram stop 'Opéra' is a 2-minute walk from the Cathedral.

Un grand merci à Maëva & Louise pour ce dépaysement dans la montagne de Reims, riche de commentaires et d'explications forts intéressants, dans un anglais parfaitement fluide et compréhensif de tous avec ce petit accent bien Frenchie de chez nous !!!
