The “Create your champagne : Disgorgement experience” is absolutely the BEST tour and experience I had of all the champagne houses I visited. You learn the champagne making process from start to finish and also get to make your own bottle. This is a one of a kind experience and cannot recommend enough. Lilou was our tour guide and she was so great!

We really liked the guided tour intro with all information on the winery, terroir and champagne making process. Also the blind tasting was definitely an experience.
We really felt welcome, taken care of and having enough time to enjoy everything, so I would recommend the experience for sure to everyone!

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Champagne. Our guide was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and she did a great job adapting the experience to our interests and questions.

We were especially lucky because we visited during harvest season, so we got to see the Champagne making process happening live and learn about the different steps firsthand. The blind tasting was also one of my favorite parts, it was very interesting and educational, especially learning how different dosage levels can change the character of the Champagne.

The disgorgement experience was so much fun! It’s a unique experience that very few places offer, and being able to disgorge our own half bottle and take it home made the visit even more special. They even personalize the bottle with your name on the label, which is such a nice touch.

After the main tasting, we also had the opportunity to try several other Champagnes from the house, and they were absolutely delicious. In my opinion, the quality and taste compare incredibly well with Champagnes from much larger and more famous houses.

And the price is unbeatable for the quality you get. You get a fantastic Champagne experience, a tasting, a personalized bottle to take home, and a family run Champagne house with a much more personal atmosphere all at a very reasonable price.

100% recommended! If you’re visiting the Champagne region, I would definitely make time for this experience. It’s fun, educational, personal, and offers something you simply don’t get at most Champagne houses

This experience was by far one of the best we've ever had. There's a real difference between hearing about the process and actually doing it yourself from start to finish — and this house gave us exactly that. We were told it's one of the very few places where you can have this kind of hands-on experience, and that's absolutely true. We looked, and couldn't find anything comparable elsewhere.
What stood out most was how personal and intimate it felt. A small group, no commercial feel, just something genuinely authentic. Learning about the house and getting to know our tour guide, Helene, were moments we'll carry with us.
Helene was exceptional. Her English was flawless, her explanations effortless, and the depth of her knowledge made every moment feel like a masterclass.
The blind tasting was a highlight we didn't expect to love as much as we did. We'll admit we were a little intimidated going in, not sure we were "ready", but it turned out to be a wonderful reminder that we didn't need to be afraid, and each of us has a different experience, and that is completely natural and fine. It was fascinating and confidence-building in the best way.
Booking was completely straightforward through the website, no friction at all.
We would recommend this without hesitation to anyone.

La visite de la distillerie de champagne était facile à réserver en ligne. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux et Lilou nous a fait visiter en détail le processus de production et tous les équipements. Ensuite, nous avons dégusté du champagne et créé le nôtre : gavage, bouchage, greffage et étiquetage. Ce fut une expérience vraiment unique, avec un champagne exceptionnel. Merci pour votre disponibilité et vos explications en anglais, car je n'aurais pas tout compris autrement.

Dear all, we had a great time at Lamiable. The tour through your promises together with Elaine was very instructive and we have learned a lot about producing Champagner. We enjoyed it very much and our self produced Champagner is placed on a special location in our house.
