On the program, in the heart of the vineyards, we will talk about this exceptional Terroir classified at the highest of the Champagne Appellation in Grand Cru and its history.
You will immerse yourself in the historic hillsides of Champagne classified as World Heritage by UNESCO and I will explain to you the work of the vine, the history of Champagne and its region, its elaboration process, the sustainable viticulture ... and there we we will certainly meet winegrowers working their vines !
We will also visit part of the village and we will stop in front of the properties and vineyards of the prestigious Champagne Houses of Aÿ such as Bollinger, Deutz, Ayala…
Then you will have well deserved to taste the 3 famous spirits of Champagne ( Ratafia, Fine of Marne, Marc of Champagne) produced by the Distillery Goyard of Ay who is the oldest and most important of Champagne.
I would take this opportunity to give you good advice, the "good addresses" of locals to visit and taste our winegrowers' Champagnes !
Another formula is possible if you have children and throughout this getaway, explanations and clues will be given to them so that they can find the natural treasure of Champagne. They will taste an organic grape juice.
